Return Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3-day after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at mibautismollc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, print your own shipping label and you can send the return back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- A store credit will be sent to you for the cost of the item minus the return shipping. This credit will be good for 30 days from the original purchase date.
- We are responsible for items shipped to you but you are responsible for any return items.
*Please note that we are not able to accept items back for a return or exchange that arrive to us damages that occur during the try on process and/or in transit back to us are the responsibility of the buyer. All returns received in a unsellable condition will be returned back to the customer.

Refunds & Store Credit
We do not offer refunds, however we do offer store credit for returned items.
To receive store credit for a purchased item please follow the return policy above. Once your item is returned to us and the return item is accepted, you will receive store credit in the amount of the item purchased minus shipping and handling fees.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you will receive store credit in the amount of the item purchased minus shipping and handling fees. Please note that characteristics in the silk or differing embroidery on items are not considered flaws. Our embroidery patterns are all-over designs and depending on how the item is cut for production the embroidery can vary, making every item unique. If you want to exchange them, we will be happy to assist you, but it will be considered a regular exchange and exchange shipping will be charged.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for items that have been damaged in your possession. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Christmas items are final sale.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
